Social Media + Project Manager

Token is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager & Project Manager to join our team. This role requires an individual who is passionate about social media management and project management and has a finger on the pulse of today's digital era. The ideal candidate should have experience in both fields and be able to offer a balanced approach to the service. The Social Media Manager will work closely with JD on curating or creating fresh and engaging content while also being responsible for scheduling and organization, analytics/reporting, and art direction. The Project Manager will take on administrative duties such as emailing clients, checking in on active projects, keeping track of the schedule for existing projects, sending invoices, and managing TOKEN's inbox.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Generate and publish social media schedules on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Write engaging and relevant captions that align with client voice and tone.
• Track, report, and analyze social media analytics to gain insight on demographics and effectiveness.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like ad campaigns, giveaways, partnerships, etc.
• Provide art direction or ideas for new content creation.
• Create a system to effectively schedule social media posts.

Project Management:

• Work closely with JD on client communication, eventually learning the systems to be able to own the project management aspect of TOKEN.
• Respond to client requests, new client inquiries, and other client care tasks.
• Send invoices to existing clients monthly.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and project management.
• Excellent writing skills to creatively convey brand stories while aligning with the voice and tone of a particular brand or influencer.
• Excellent understanding of social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
• Ability to think creatively and independently and take initiative to solve problems.
